Tips for a better result

Put the slide count and colour in your sentence, like "10 slides, green". SlideForge reads them, or set them in Adjust.
Say who is watching: classmates, a manager or customers all need different words.

Is the download a real PowerPoint file?

Yes. You get a .pptx file. Each slide is placed in it as a picture, so it looks the same on every computer, and the speaker notes you typed are included as real notes.

Can I change the words after downloading?

Not easily inside PowerPoint, because each slide is a picture. Change the text in SlideForge first (typing on a slide is free), then download the PPT again.
