Terms of Service

1. Service

VoidCanvas provides focused AI Studios for things like presentations, resumes, forms, diagrams, UI screens, prompts, dashboards, trackers, documents, study plans, flashcards, plant identification, and toy or collectible identification. Each Studio turns a simple intention into a guided workflow with its own inputs, iteration, validation, and export options.

The Service is operated by VoidCanvas, an independent software business serving users worldwide. You can reach us at hello@voidcanvas.xyz.

The Service may change over time. We may add, remove, rename, improve, pause, or limit features when needed to operate the platform, protect users, or comply with provider rules.

2. Accounts and Device-Local Projects

You may use the guest allowance without an account. Creating an account provides a larger daily allowance, permanent paid-credit support, and Google sign in. Current Studio projects and local history remain in the browser and are not synchronized through the account dashboard.

You are responsible for account security and for exporting or backing up device-local work you need to keep. Clearing browser data, changing devices, private browsing restrictions, or storage failure can remove local projects.

3. Credits and Payments

Guests receive two free AI credits per day and signed-in users receive five. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time packs. Most AI jobs cost one credit; larger jobs such as full slide decks and long documents cost more based on the AI work they actually use, up to a maximum shown before the job starts. Local browser previews and exports are free unless the interface clearly states otherwise.

Purchased credits do not expire unless required by law or stated at checkout. Free credits reset at midnight UTC and do not carry over. Daily credits are used before purchased credits. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion.

A failed or cancelled workflow is fully refunded when it closes without any successful AI output; otherwise only the credits for the AI work actually used are kept. Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy, and VoidCanvas does not store full card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use VoidCanvas to create or support illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or exploitative activity. You may not bypass credit checks, abuse free allowances, overload the Service, probe private infrastructure, or interfere with normal operation.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access when use violates these terms, creates material risk, or conflicts with provider rules.

5. Generated Content

You retain rights in the prompts and source material you provide and may use generated output subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and AI-provider rules. VoidCanvas does not claim ownership of your generated output.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, testing, and obtaining any necessary rights before relying on or publishing it. Identification, value, safety, health, career, study, and other consequential information must be independently verified.

6. AI Providers

VoidCanvas sends the workflow information needed for generation to its configured AI provider through a server-side proxy. The platform selects the model and may change providers or models when needed for quality, safety, availability, or cost.

7. Availability

We aim to keep VoidCanvas available but do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular generation time. Hosting, authentication, database, verification, payment, and AI-provider outages or limits can affect the Service.

8. No Professional Advice

VoidCanvas may help create professional-looking materials but does not provide legal, medical, botanical, toxicological, financial, tax, safety, appraisal, employment, or other professional advice. Review important output with a qualified professional when appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoidCanvas is not liable for lost profits, lost device-local data, business interruption, inaccurate output, provider outages, or indirect or special damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the Service, providers, security requirements, payments, or applicable obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
