A project report tells the reader what you set out to do, how you did it, what happened and what it means. Markers and managers look for the same structure, so following it makes your work easier to judge fairly.

Check your department's guidelines first, but most reports use this order.
Explain the problem and why it matters in a page or two. Then list objectives that are specific and checkable, such as 'build a booking system that handles 100 users' rather than 'improve booking'.
Describe what you did so someone could repeat it: tools, data, steps, and why you chose them. For software projects include requirements and design.
Present results plainly, with tables and figures. Number every figure and table, give it a caption, and refer to it in the text. Save interpretation for the discussion.
Explain what the results mean, compare them with your objectives, and be honest about limitations. Conclude with what you achieved and what should happen next.
Run through this list.
Clear writing is easier to mark well. Use short paragraphs with one idea each. Start each section with a sentence saying what it covers. Explain why you made each decision, not only what you did. Keep the same tense and the same names for things throughout.
Upload your notes, results, screenshots and the guidelines. DocuForge pulls out the requirements, plans the pages for free, and writes and designs the report. Make it your own and check every fact before submitting.
Follow your guidelines. Undergraduate reports are often 20 to 60 pages.
Past tense for what you did and found; present tense for facts and conclusions.
In the method or results as numbered figures, or in an appendix if there are many.
